Description

When admitted to the Bar, Me Denis joined, for seven years, the Labour and Employment department in one of the major law firms in Montreal.

In 1980, Me Denis co-founded the firm Denis & Comtois, a boutique firm specialised in Employment and Labour Law for employers.

In 2013, Me Denis joined the firm Deveau Avocats as affiliate associate. In 2020, he joined a multi disciplinary firm in Laval: Consensus Avocats. Me Denis continues to render his services to employers in Labour and Employment Law.

Law Practice

Since the start of his law practice, Me Denis has covered all facets of Labour law and Employment law in Quebec and Ontario; from the formation of managers, to negotiation and administration of collective agreements; representations to the Labour Board and to Common Law Courts, in matters of labour and employment law; Court of Quebec, Superior Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.
